The choice of the month of August was not random: it comes after the start of the residency programs on July 1 and before the intensive cycle of the Residency Match in September, ensuring a moment of lower transaction volume to facilitate the transition.

MyIntealth will replace old systems, such as OASIS, IWA, CVS Online, EMSWP, and EVNet (yes, these names bring back many memories for those who went through the process), unifying everything in a single digital environment. What's New in MyIntealth?

The new platform was designed to simplify the lives of international physicians, medical schools, residency programs, and other partners. Here are the main benefits you can expect:

• One account for everything: No more making a thousand logins with multiple platforms. With MyIntealth, you manage your profile, service requests, payments, and messages in a single place. Your MyIntealth ID will be the main identifier, linking all of your processes, including IDs from other organizations, such as the USMLE ID, which will remain associated with your account.
• Reinforced security: Protecting your data is a priority. MyIntealth offers a secure environment for uploading documents, such as diplomas and identification forms, eliminating the need to send physical copies or copies by email (except for the J-1 Statement of Need, which will still be an exception).
• Real-time updates: Track the status of your requests and transactions directly on the platform, with notifications sent to the registered email when there are updates.
• Simplified processing: MyIntealth reduces the dependence on paper forms, allowing most transactions to be done online. This includes everything from applying for ECFMG Certification to verifying medical credentials.
• Faster and more transparent payments: The platform automates financial processing, speeding up refunds and charges. In addition, Intealth is realigning the fee structure for greater transparency, separating the ECFMG Certification fees from the USMLE registration fees.
